Well, I couldn’t go to the gym on sunday. My glutes and hamstrings hurted unbelievably!!! Every step was pain.
20.05.2022 Calories 2272 kcal Rast day. I traveled after work with the train and returned to my mother’s house.

From morning till 14.00 I paited the walls in the bedroom. Aftes that till the evening I I washed the old paint off the walls in the living room.

Same. I didn’t train, but all this hand washing required thousands of ups and downs, my glutes almost got muscle soreness, millions of squeezing the sponge and the bottle, pressing, squeezing and rubbing, my forearms tensed a lot.
I carried dozens of buckets of water like a Gavrosh Cosette. There was a layer of bright green paint under the pink paint. I washed everything down to the white plaster.

May 24th is a state holiday. Day of the holy brothers Cyril and Methodius, of the education and culture and of Slavic literature. Cyril and Methodius had been saints since the and the commemoration of their saint’s day had been celebrated in Bulgaria since the 12th century. Similar days celebrating Slavic writing and culture are observed in North ,Russia and Serbia.

It turned out that I lost almost 2 kg. I do not have an exact explanation why, the food and training are the same, I have not increased the movement for the day. I’m still investigating the cause, I’ve been stopping liquid fats like olive oil for a while …

More corrective and mobility exercises today. Tha was 5-th workout for the week.
I felt tired in the morning, but in the gym I felt so good and motivated. I’m leaner now, lighter and this motivates me more. I will keep the calorie deficit as far as I can and as far as I feel comfortable. Nothing special, just to eat less when I’m not hungrya and I will keep the fats low, just for the experiment.

Government services like the one I work in are used like a bat club. They punish the disobedient and serve the rich and mighty. Everyone appropriates a common benefit as much as they can.
