Same. I didn’t train, but all this hand washing required thousands of ups and downs, my glutes almost got muscle soreness, millions of squeezing the sponge and the bottle, pressing, squeezing and rubbing, my forearms tensed a lot.
I carried dozens of buckets of water like a Gavrosh Cosette. There was a layer of bright green paint under the pink paint. I washed everything down to the white plaster.

May 24th is a state holiday. Day of the holy brothers Cyril and Methodius, of the education and culture and of Slavic literature. Cyril and Methodius had been saints since the and the commemoration of their saint’s day had been celebrated in Bulgaria since the 12th century. Similar days celebrating Slavic writing and culture are observed in North ,Russia and Serbia.

I felt tired in the morning, but in the gym I felt so good and motivated. I’m leaner now, lighter and this motivates me more. I will keep the calorie deficit as far as I can and as far as I feel comfortable. Nothing special, just to eat less when I’m not hungrya and I will keep the fats low, just for the experiment.

In 2015 we were almost 7,5 milions of people, 7 years later we are 1 milion people less- emigration mainly.

Everything is state policy. The new political party takes control. A replacement of the old mafia with a new one is taking place.
For people like you who live in democratic countries, it’s probably inexplicable. But Bulgaria is a post-communist country. Nothing has changed in the last 40 years - except for the new iPhones. Government services like the one I work in are used like a bat club. They punish the disobedient and serve the rich and mighty. Everyone appropriates a common benefit as much as they can.
