I’ve also dropped the heavy weights for the time being (spring and summer) to focus on work capacity and better technique. And I worry about being able to lift the big weights later on, as well. But my body definitely feels better with the lighter loads (even with higher volume).

I share the gym with 15-16 year old kids who come in groups of 4-5. Usually everyone in the group does the same exercise one after the other, performing the exercises in the wrong way possible. They still don’t have the confidence to take pictures in the gym, they just pump up muscles in front of the mirror for a minute, than stares at the their phones for 15 min. sitting on the bench.

If anyone is interested, I have muscle soreness in my big muscle groups after every workout. Sometimes it is very light, only muscle tension, sometimes it hurts properly. And so for almost 15 years.
Calories- as usual. I tracked but it can’t be exactly because I didn’t cook my own food. Rest days.
I was few days off from work, It was Saint George’s Day- for Orthodox Church. It’s a public holiday in Bulgaria. A common ritual is eat lamb. St. George is the patron saint of shepherds. The holy martyr St. George the Victorious has been considered one of the most important Saints ever since Christianity became the official state religion in Bulgaria in the 9th century.

But I worked all 4 days in my mother’s house - I painted, cleaned, tidied up. It was tiring. I didn’t sleep well. I was quite nervous these days. We constantly quarrel with my mom. We cannot agree on almost anything.
