Quad Separation

I am currently about 11 weeks from my 1st bodybuilding show. My diet is in perfect order and I am seeing major results as far as fat loss and muscle separation in my upper body (shoulder/bicep tie in, pec striation)However, my legs, while large and bulky, are not separating at all. I realize I am still quite a ways out from the show. Can anyone shed light on ways to help improve this? Super high reps? Slow squeeze reps? Or will this just take a few more weeks? Thanks in advance.

It may take a few more weeks. What you can start doing is contracting whatever muscle you are training after every set and that will help with your separation. Posing is often overlooked, but a key component to the training.
