I am having problems with getting separation/definition in my arms at the point where my tricepts meet my rear shoulder. Instead of being able to distinguish the separation from the two.I have good definition in my arms but that seems to be my sticking point. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Thunder, thanks for the feedback, I should be more specific. Do you know of any movements that target this specific area of your arms to create that separation .
This can’t be done. Think about it. There is no muscle between your muscles, so how can you “separate” them by weight training? You don’t. You make each muscle larger and you obtain really low bodyfat. Maybe lose a lot of water too to bring out the definition. But you can’t lift weight to separate muscles. This in 1970’s bodybuilding mythology.
Your profile says your 16% bodyfat with only a year of training. Get bigger muscles, then cut down to 10% and they’ll “separate”. Not literally of course but thats the term applied to this condition of big muscles with low BF.
You need to drop bodyfat before you have have the muscle separation.
