I just received my new Biotest Creatine today. I have just a couple of questions,
It reads about a loading phase, I have also read on this forum that the “Loading Phase” is not neccesary. Is that true?
Is creatine worth taking while on a cutting phase? Thanks alot!!
Yes and yes
People’s opinions on the loading phase change almost every week, so that’s your choice. Creatine is worth taking while cutting also because hopefully it will help keep the intensity in your workouts high.

Dude, we have a search function on these boards for a reason. This has been asked about 20 times in the past 3 months.
Look, you’re 6’1–175 lbs? In reflection to your post, you obviously dont have any idea or your just a tool. Either way stay out of my posts unless you have some advise. I dont get on someone elses post when they have questions and tell them to search for it, I’ll give them advise or move on, which is what I expect you to do!! Thanks alot and good luck to you!

For running 70 miles weeks in season and keeping at 175 or above, I think that’s pretty good. If you would’ve seen, I’m 190 in the off season. I know right now, with doing decent endurance work I’m 195 and I’m not trying to gain weight. You shouldn’t measure on somebody’s weight alone without knowing current goals.
Regarding the search function, seriously, people need to learn how to use it. If you simply would’ve used it, you would’ve not needed to waste a topic space in the forum on something that’s already been covered. I think this is very similar to guy’s that post week after week, “I’m 150, 5’10” a REAL bodybuilder and ready to compete in a week!" or “I’m 145 5’11”, how do I get my V-Taper?"

Waste topic space? I am sure I did not make you click on my post. You could have passed right on and read something else. NO, instead you wanted something to rant on about so you could show your MOMMA that you have half a testicle to blow on someone elses posts.
Most people can use the SEARCH engines here but would rather communicate with others and possibly get up to date info. Some of the SEARCHES will refer you to older articles. You know (or not) that exercise ino is always changing. However, I do thank you for this bit of typing judo and for visiting my post. If it is a waste I guess you keep wasting away coming back!! Thank you!!!

timman, take it easy it’s not the end of the world. Original poster, when creatine first came out years ago, I was a loading fool following those recommendations to a T.
Now I don’t think it’s that important and I don’t even cycle it, but rather continually use it. Thing is I don’t load and just throw in 5 grams on training days post workout with my Surge three days a week.
I sometimes throw five to ten grams in water and slam it if I didn’t sleep well the night before as I have read (I think Shugart recommended this) it supports brain function.
No need to load. Been on the Biotest Creatine for ten days and no load needed. I already have decided that this is the best creatine I have ever used (effective and affordable).
Totally take creatine on a cutting phase, whatever that is? You a bodybuilder, or just confused on how to get lean? That is a serious question (I know it sounds snotty, but really, you are posting here, so you are probably lost [like me]).

Thanks for the input. No offense taken. I put on about 42 lbs in the past couple of years, some of that is FAT. I am trying to lean out a little before I begin to start eating more and lifting heavier(bulk) in a couple more months. Yeah I am just as lost as the next guy, but I am here to educate myself. Thanks a lot and good luck!!
