Looking good man, what did you have for your HSM today?

Right on Qaash, you are leaning up nicely and your progress is great. The loss of size in your waist(big part of belly) show off your back width more. You actually have some wide shoulders there.
You are right though, you are not finished yet even though the V-Diet is almost concluding, it’s only the beginning. Clear visible abs for me might be at 170 lbs and I’m not sweating it if I drop that low. I think it might be the same for you to get that low with no fat and single digit BF!
Watch how wide those shoulders and back will look once everything is extremely tight and solid! Good job Qaash, keep it up buddy and keep pushing even harder during your transition phase!
Just a hint: keep that transition strict and after two weeks of that, eating clean is extremely easy which you will need to do to get your physique transformation goal!
We can always enjoy a regular meal next Christmas with our six-pack abs and new physiques!
Man, I got nothin’ else to add to that…that’s exactly what I’m going for. I don’t care how light I get in pounds as long as the “moobs” and fat are gone and I’m as lean as I’ve always wanted to be. Thanks for the support, you set the example that I’m following.

Haven’t had it yet, my girl is making a fish meal…it’ll be good, she always cooks healthy when she’s with me and she knows how strict I am about this diet.

Looking good man your chest and sides look alot better not only that but when your back was flexed its looks nice and wide!! looking good keep up the good work you dont have that much longer
Thanks,
I’ll be working on my chest width and back thickness after my transition. My shoulder width was a surprise so I plan to take advantage of the momentum.

So today
9:15am HOT-ROX & BCAAs
10:00am Meal 1
1:00pm Meal 2
After meal two went shopping downtown with my girl for new flatware and groceries for the Gourmet Nutrition recommended staples that will be my life blood after the transition. Want to be prepared.
4:00pm HOT-ROX & BCAAs
4:30pm Meal 3 with 3 caps Flameout…this shake was with a single serving Metabolic Drive instead of the usual two
6:00pm Solid Healthy Meal- My girl likes color in her meals and I don’t complain since it taste good. Flounder, fennel, tomatoes, spinach and mashed sweet potato…as desert I had an orange.
9:00pm Meal 5 with flaxseed, natural peanut butter, 3 caps Flameout and BCAAs
10:30pm BCAAs & ZMA
That meal looks fantastic. I actually got out the barbeque today to grill some steaks and sweet potatoes. Inside I steamed some broccoli and voila, my HSM.
Good job. I’m a week behind you on the V-Diet and it’s always inspiring to see good results.
Day 22
Late morning for me
9:00am HOT-ROX & BCAA’s
9:30am Meal 1
12:30pm Meal 2
Had to go to court at 1:30 today but at least it allowed me to have more fresh shakes than usual.
4:15pm Meal 3 with 3 caps Flameout, BCAA’s and HOT-ROX
6:30pm Meal 4

Thanks Samurai,
I did the side by side on my own computer…I’ll post a side by side on my last official V-Diet day before the transition.
Day 22 continued…
Update on meal 4…I was feeling full so I only had one serving Metabolic Drive and decided to add 10g creatine.
Workout was good felt strong tonight
Wide-grip pull-ups: 10xBWx3…on the last circuit I wanted to test myself so I kept going past the three reps and stopped at five but could have done another three.
Over-head squats: 10x80#x3…felt strong on these too, got to six on the last set with room left for more.
Decline Bb bench press: 10x155#x3…I got as far as eight reps on the last set with room in the tank for more.
Planks still suck…lol
After the weights I had a serving of BCAA’s and decided to hop on the treadmill for 25 minutes, afterwards, I downed a Surge Recovery drink. My mood is actually elevated at completing this workout as part of the V-Diet process. It puts me one workout closer to my goal and I’m feeling a lot of satisfaction in knowing that…go fig’.
Meal 5 will be at 9:30pm my time with the usual items. Followed by ZMA & BCAA’s an hour later.
Day 23
Pretty much same routine as far as meals and supplements go. I mentioned I got the Gourmet Nutrition cookbook and I’m currently planning my meals for next week and making a list of ingredients I have to buy that I don’t already have.

Congrats on your progress so far, can’t wait to see the updated pictures… by the way, do you think HOT-ROX has helped much?
Thanks,
I guess it has, I know my mood has been better than I expected and that I feel “heat” in my core when I take it before my NEPA work and in the morning
Day 24
Woke up extra early today for no reason. Lingered in bed until 7 and then took my morning supplements.
7:00am HOT-ROX and BCAAs
7:30am NEPA walk 45 minutes at 3.3mph incline 5 degrees
8:25am Metabolic Drive with flaxseed
I have court later today…yes, I’m still on jury duty…We get our instructions and will begin deliberating. The plus is the fact I get to have at least two shakes fresh out the blender which really does make a difference.
On a side note, I almost forgot meal 5 last night. I just wasn’t hungry and actually had to make myself drink it. Did anyone else have that happen?
Agree with TheWookiee, After Surge and workouts in the night, it gets pretty rough actually smashing the last one of those protein shakes.
Day 24 continued…
So my afternoon was blown all to hell. I ended up an alternate on the jury, I have no say in the case but I have to be available in case they lose an official juror. Now I thought it would all be over today but nooooo, now the shits gonna drag on another day or two.
My third shake ended up at 4:45. I had the HOT-ROX and BCAA’s at 6. Workout was at 6:30 and as usual made me really sweat.
reps increased by one, rest 30 seconds
Circuit #1
Db shoulder press lunge: 4x20#x7
Db hang clean: 4x30#x7…I finally learned how to do these and they wore me out more than the barbell version because of the speed of the reps.
One-arm Db rows: 4x65#x7…I was feeling really strong on these…I think the comments about my back got me fired up to really work it today.
Circuit #2
Close-grip bench press: 4x135#x7…had to push through on these today
Bb curls: 4x70#x7
Front squat: 4x100#x7…cleaning the bar into position hurt like hell, my palms were aching the entire session.
Plank still sucks
Immediately had my Surge Recovery drink with an added scoop of Metabolic Drive to make up for the fourth shake that wouldn’t happen tonight. I plan on three scoops Metabolic Drive with my final shake tonight just to cover.

I had two single-scoop shakes in my plan, so on workout days I would combine them sometimes so the timing worked better.
Day 25
A day in infamy…I bore witness to a travesty of justice and a taint in my opinion of our jury system…also, If you want to eat clean, avoid French cuisine. Today is Valentines Day and as such I decided to make this my healthy meal day to be with my girlfriend. I will do measurements and weight on day 28, it just means that it’s all shakes from here on out.
In total I had three shakes today and all my supplements plus dinner, which was an adventure in itself. Have you ever been to a restaurant that didn’t serve salad as part of it’s menu, even a fixed one? Well I have…no salad, plenty of bread though, which I didn’t have. My main dish was Broiled Chilean See Bass topped
with Cape Gooseberries over Wild Mushroom Risotto. I have never had gooseberries and they were covered in some sauce, so I didn’t touch them.
The Risotto was just as bad but I ate that with the fish, less than half, so all I had was fish…oh before that I tasted Foie Gras stuffed Steak Tartar…not gonna do that again, my body reacted unfavorably to that…on the plus side my girl loved the place and was very happy, which is what I wanted, so dinner was a success…but in the end all I could enjoy was the See Bass.
