I’m back on the job today and for the time being my time is my own. I’m actually excited today because I received my Gourmet Nutrition cook book and a Seiko stopwatch I had ordered and had shipped to the job. The cookbook will be integral to my quest for FFB hood. My problem has always been my diet and food choices and the fact I’ve been lazy when it comes to the kitchen. If i want to continue on my quest for single digit body fat, I HAVE TO COOK my own food.

Dude, you will love that cook book, my girlfriend bought it for me after I wouldn’t shut up about it, we both really like the meals in it, tehy are soo good!
Keep up the hard work! I plan on joining the v-dieters in March!

Thanks for the heads up…reading about it got me really hyped up…keep reading the v-diet threads and don’t be afraid to ask questions. It’s a big crew Chris created.
Yeah, i’ve been following a few V-Diet Threads, learning from others mistakes, and troubles. I have followed Gus from the begining, and his template is pretty much 99% what i’ll use, seeing as how I will be starting at the same weight he did +/- a few pounds. I’ve got it all layed out in a spread sheet, just waiting for the finaces to line up (tax return!)
This was the hardest workout to complete this week by the third run of circuit 2 I had side stitches…that’s only happened when I’ve run. I felt nausea and wanted to throw up. Bravo, Mr. Waterbury for designing the first workout in my life to make me feel like that. I really had to push through this one. Although I’m bitching about it, I did get a serious pump from it…I can only imagine what I’ll feel like in the morning.
10:00pm Meal 5 with flaxseed, natural peanut butter and 3 caps Flameout
11:00pm BCAA’s & ZMA
Woke-up at 8:00am HOT-ROX & BCAAs
9:00am Meal 1 with flaxseed
11:10am NEPA walk on treadmill 45 minutes @ 4 degrees incline…second serving BCAAs immediately after NEPA
12:15 Meal 2
Today is pretty much lay back day for regular house chores i.e. laundry and whatnot. Looking forward to tomorrows weigh-in and measuring. I’m starting to feel lighter.

Same here, today is pretty laid back. I had the day off work unfortunately(Work keeps my mind off food) plus I’m snowed in so I can’t even go out shopping today for the steak I was planning on having tomorrow.
I can’t wait to check the scale tomorrow morning, and do my measurements. I don’t notice much of a difference yet, but I’m only on Day7
I’m sure you notice a great improvement from Day1, you seem like you’re working pretty hard and confident in your ability to finish.

Good job gutting out that session Qaash! I know how you feel. I never sat down and barely had any time to sip my Surge with such short rest periods. What helped me out was taking as deep a breath as I could even if I was barely catching my breath! It helped me to focus better and grab a quick second wind.
Looking forward to your pics and measurement results tomorrow. Keep it Spartan Strict my friend.

After your example how could I not? I totally dig the work you’re doing and I try to keep up.
2:30pm HOT-ROX & BCAAs
3:00pm Meal 3 added 2tsp chi tea powder to the Metabolic Drive shake for a little variety. Also had 3 caps Flameout
6:00pm meal 4
9:00pm Meal 5 with flaxseed, npb & 3caps flame out…followed by ZMA & BCAAs an hour later
Pretty uneventful day and just waiting to eat tomorrow.
So I’m down 2.33#, another quarter inch off the obliques and my chest aka “moobs” keeps shrinking. My legs are smaller and no longer symmetrical…arms grew a quarter and my ankles now match again. Oh and somehow my neck grew a quarter inch. All in all, I’m good with this. I’m getting smaller in all the right places and maintaining a decent level of strength from where I started.
The conclusion is near but it’s only the beginning of my physique transformation. I want to take it as far as I can. Clearly visible abdominals and muscularity is the end goal and for the first time ever a real achievable goal. This diet was the jump start I needed to make that happen.
Looking good man your chest and sides look alot better not only that but when your back was flexed its looks nice and wide!! looking good keep up the good work you dont have that much longer
Right on Qaash, you are leaning up nicely and your progress is great. The loss of size in your waist(big part of belly) show off your back width more. You actually have some wide shoulders there.
You are right though, you are not finished yet even though the V-Diet is almost concluding, it’s only the beginning. Clear visible abs for me might be at 170 lbs and I’m not sweating it if I drop that low. I think it might be the same for you to get that low with no fat and single digit BF!
Watch how wide those shoulders and back will look once everything is extremely tight and solid! Good job Qaash, keep it up buddy and keep pushing even harder during your transition phase!
Just a hint: keep that transition strict and after two weeks of that, eating clean is extremely easy which you will need to do to get your physique transformation goal!
We can always enjoy a regular meal next Christmas with our six-pack abs and new physiques!
