Qaash's V-Diet

Qaash i like the pics i can see a diffrence in the back and also the side chest looks a bit slimmer and so does your stomach.might be just me but it looks to me that your face has trimmed down some to. Like i said before your only half way threw and look at the changes you have made! good job keep it up

Thanks for checking my thread, you’re right about the front and side shots. It’s hard to keep them consistent in camera distance to see the differences but my back does look trimmer.

I’ve actually gotten comments about that from people…my clothes look way too big for me now and people keep asking if I’ve lost weight.

11:00am- Fiber Choice tablet
12:30pm- Meal 2 Metabolic Drive and 3 caps Flameout

Was in court, again, the case is hopefully coming to a conclusion soon. Got out early today.

2:45pm- HOT-ROX & BCAA’s
3:15pm- Meal 3 Metabolic Drive shake

If you can get through the first half, you can get throuh the second half. Congrats on the progress so far.

5:00pm- Meal 4 Metabolic Drive shake

PERI-Workout 1/3 Surge Recovery
6:45- Workout

Increase working sets by one

Wide-grip pull-ups: 9xBWx3
Overhead squats: 9x80#x3…attempted 100# but my form suffered so I stuck with 80.
Decline Bb bench press: 9x155#x3…going up to 155 was a good call, finally felt my chest working.

30 seconds rest between all sets

Post-Workout Surge Recovery & BCAA’s

Meal 5 will be at 9:00pm with flaxseed, natural peanut butter and 3 caps Flameout. Followed an hour later with BCAA’s & ZMA

Day 16

7:00am HOT-ROX & BCAA’s
8:30am Meal 1
12:30pm Meal 2 plus 3 caps Flameout

3:00pm BCAA’s & HOT-ROX
3:30pm Meal 3

5:15pm NEPA walk on treadmill( I haven’t written about these lately because I’ve been doing a lot of extra foot travel, so I’ve counted those as my NEPA work.

6:00pm Meal 4 & BCAA’s
10:00pm Meal 5 with flaxseed, natural peanut butter & 3 caps Flameout
11:00pm BCAA’s & ZMA

Ok, just found out that original Surge and the new flavors don’t have the same servings…4 scoops original for 200# plus and 2 scoops on the new flavors and they don’t seem interchangeable…this sucks now I dont know which is which.

Day 17

12:00pm Meal 2

I got out of jury duty early so I have the day to do everything on schedule.

1:30pm BCAAs then Workout followed by Surge Recovery
3:30pm HOT-ROX
4:00pm Meal 3 & 3 caps Flame Out

So today I managed to do something to the palms of my hands during the workout. During the hang clean, I’m not sure what I did but when I caught the weight in the front squat position my palms hurt so bad I dropped the weight. It’s a good thing the weights are mine and I’m at home…it’s definitely a commercial gym ban offense.

The rest of the workout was fine but I cant put any real pressure on my hands right now. Beyond that the session was a good one and really looked forward to the Surge Recovery afterwards as I was drained and winded.

I just used 3 scoops of the Origional Surge Recovery for my servings. I still use the same amount now on the new diet.

Keep up the great work Qaash. I give you a lot of props for keeping up wth the V-Diet even on jury duty. Man, thats tough. Stay strict my friend!

I’m back on the job today and for the time being my time is my own. I’m actually excited today because I received my Gourmet Nutrition cook book and a Seiko stopwatch I had ordered and had shipped to the job. The cookbook will be integral to my quest for FFB hood. My problem has always been my diet and food choices and the fact I’ve been lazy when it comes to the kitchen. If i want to continue on my quest for single digit body fat, I HAVE TO COOK my own food.

Day 18 continued…

2:30pm HOT-ROX & BCAA’s
3:00pm Meal 3 with 3 caps Flameout

Tonight I went to my boxing class…holyshit!!! Now I know what Chris was talking about when he said you could burn out. Now that my body is not getting any carbs, I barely had the energy to finish. Half way through the class I felt my blood pressure drop for real, good thing Meal 4 was in my bag…I quickly drank half to stabilize myself so I could finish. I finished it at the end and 15 minutes later took some BCAA’s just to cover myself.

9:30pm Meal 5 with flaxseed & natural peanut butter…I’ll try to make a pudding out of it and eat it slow tonight.

10:30pm or so ZMA & BCAA’s

Day 19

Woke-up at 6:45am had a serving of BCAAs
7:30am HOT-ROX & second serving BCAAs
8:15am Meal 1 with flaxseed

Just for the hell of it I weighed myself this morning and was 194# and my waist is 35" even. On average this is good but I was hoping for more…still two days to official tally, so there is time. My body is really stubborn when it comes to giving up this fat. People are noticing the downsize and that is encouraging to keep going further.
