Meals were as scheduled…workout was an hour later than planned but it almost made me throw up.
Circuit 1…rest time decreased by 5 seconds from previous week on all sets.
Power clean: 4x80#x6…I felt I was on the ball with these today, even my speed was up.
Db bench press: 4x60#x6…originally clap push-ups but really felt it in the wrist and not my chest so I went for some weights instead.
Chin-ups: 4xbodyweightx6…got a little easier from last time but still took a lot out of me…the rest time wasn’t enough.
Circuit 2
Db lateral raises: 4x30#x6
Bent-over Bb rows: 4x130#x6
Reverse crunches: 4xbodyweightx12-15…it called for six reps but I didn’t feel it so I upped it to 12-15 with my butt hovering off the end of the bench to keep constant tension.
Hammer curl lunges: 4x30#x6(each leg)
No, Sunday is…after my measures and such I’ll be going to brunch with my other half…we miss sharing meals. Afterwards I’m off to watch the super bowl with friends and family, shakes in tow.
Had meals 2 and 3 respectively with corresponding supplements. Also snacked on a fiber choice tab when stomach growled.

Yup same here, I felt like I had the bladder the size of a pea!

Hey Bill,
Still goin strong…the bladder things not letting up though…I don’t get it. I cooked dinner for my lady tonight afterwards I bolted…the smell was incredible…even the steamed broccoli.
I’ve one more shake to go for the day…then I can go to bed and eat tomorrow.
So another 2.5 pounds down in weight, an inch of my chest(will be a targeted muscle when in hypertrophy phase). 2.5 inches off my shoulders(width). My arms and calves are being maintained. My thighs lost a half inch but are still symmetrical. Ankles are the same as last week but I didn’t get the quarter inch difference then either. My waist is down three quarters of an inch but the most important one to me, the obliques dropped an inch and a half.
Now from my own perspective I visually can’t see a difference but numbers can’t lie even with human error taken into account. Week two was not as stressing for me as I expected reading the other threads except for Wednesday. Besides that temptation, everything else went smoothly as it could on this diet. I’m pretty much on automatic now and just go through the motions now as far as diet. The training definitely got harder once I figured out how to do the lifts correctly as far as speed and tempo goes. I did take pictures and will post them as soon as I get them into photoshop to create side by side comparisons.

Meal 1- banana & vanilla Metabolic Drive with flax and 1tsp coffee…I split this with my other cause todays meal day and she had just used the treadmill…getting her used to the taste of Metabolic Drive shakes. We’re going to have brunch later and I’m trying to leave room for the meal.
well the measurements look good! it takes time… this is just after 14 days!!! just imagine what it will be in 14 more keep working hard and training hard. hope this week goes just as good as last weeks.

I don’t drink much more liquid than shakes. I keep a liter of mineral water on hand at all times to sip when I’m thirsty and about three times I’ve made a cup of tea.
Sometimes I get very thirsty and even if I’m hungry the shake doesn’t taste good until I drink some water.
Sometimes my mouth tastes kinda metallic.
I pee a lot and that’s why I don’t make myself drink more liquids. I don’t know how on earth gustavopacho dealt with drinking an additional gallon of water each day.
When I was getting up two or three times in the night, well, no way. i need my growth hormone and testosterone!
Now sometimes my last shake I just snack on a scoop or more of Metabolic Drive mixed with nut butter and no water. Tastes kinda good.

Brunch was great and I had a good time with the girlfriend…the rest of the day wasn’t as smooth…I took in all the supplements but at weird times because I got caught up in the game…

I agree with downwardog. While the front and side views don’t show a great deal of difference, the back pic shows definite improvement. Well done man, keep it up.
