Are you sure you’re only 170 lbs at the end? How tall are you?

What was your diet and routine like?

what are your before and after stats?

although i’ve seen all his vids, so i can shed a bit of light… he said he eats about 5-6 small meals a day, lean meats,fish etc. 8-10 glasses of water along with it. lots of fruits and veggies. A friend of his told me he is pretty dedicated.

In his “about me” section on youtube it says "goal: gain 20 -30 lbs
height: 5’9
weight as of 9-2-06:150 lbs
9-22-06: 160 lbs
10-2-06:166 lbs
10-16-06:170 lbs

all these videos are pretty old… im now working out in the gym… and you cant have cam’s in there…so thats why i dont have more stuff on here…but YES i do have a full routine that i do at the gym… these videos are just random things i’ve recorded in the past…"

he also told me that during his bulking phase he took cytogainer (which i am currently taking as well… to help my efforts(along with Surge and protein, nuff about me tho) but what comes off strange is that he said he took 3 shakes a day… i guess they weren’t full servings with milk cause each full serving with milk is approx 850cal(60%carb 38% pro and 2%fat) APPROX! So i’m not sure if he put less amount or took it with water.

Anyways, like i said, it’s not me… i just have talked to him through a couple messages and seen his vids. Thats all i know tho.

P.S. notice how he gained 20lbs in 1.4months… possible natural? i don’t know… he looks to have remained cut throughout… either way, good work for him.

Zero lower back development which leads me to believe he probably negated his legs.

In upper body development, he made big progress.

Why didn’t you just come out and say…“DID THIS GUY JUICE!” If thats what you wanted to know, why didn’t you ask him?

I don’t think he really gives a shit about his legs since his goal was to look like that actor dude.

I don’t really care if he did juice or not to get where he got… but was still curious if someone could tell from looking at his vid, because he won’t.

His lower body is probably not even close to as impressive, but he has pretty crazy vertical leap… he jumped up on the rim of a bball hoop(for 5’9" and white lol thats good IMO) then did a 1 arm pull-up.

What does doing a one arm pullup with momentum from the jump have to do with how high your vertical is?

Show the video of him doing a vertical jump test onto a regulation basketabll rim, because I dont believe that one for shit.

There’s a video of him doing some half ass squats.

A. he didn’t grab the rim, but grabbed another part below it

B. looks reg. to me… but i have no idea how to tell.

Ya, you are right, his form on a lot of things isn’t that great, but it seems to have worked pretty well for him.

Does he know you watch all his videos and try to find out info about him, and then ask for other people’s opinions on him?

I guess it would be cool if you weren’t a dude…

I’m subscribed to a lot of different vids on youtube, and i try to incorporate some of the things successful people do.

Just like people tried to figure out what arnold did to become huge(e.g. buy his book and read it/follow what he advises). It’s similar to that.

Or you could go the route you did and be stupid. To each his own i suppose.

I asked other people’s opinion because unlike yourself, i realize that i don’t know everything and wasn’t sure if it was possible to gain 20 lbs in 1.4 months natural. But don’t worry, what you said made a lot of sense in the close minded world you live in.

He grabbed the rim, he didnt jump ONTO the rim.

I think he looks good. Still lean as shit too.

I would also like to see a leg shot too.

I’m really impressed. Excellent progress. What surprises me is that with a lot of weight gain he never lost his abs.

I wouldn’t say he definitely used steroids. I would say for many people steroids would be necessary for such progress. However he had a decent foundation when he started and it’s quite possible he has the genetics to gain at that pace naturally.

However he did it, he’s done well.
