130lb Gain In TWO YEARS!!!

So I'm over visiting bbing.com and I come accross this

www.bodybuilding.com/fun/trans33.htm

He says he gained 130lbs of mostly muscle in 2 YEARS and without the “benefit” of gear. I am impressed with his transformation with or without the sauce.

My question to you all is “Do you believe”

Sure, on the Krispy Kreme/Pizza Port/Mountain Dew diet. Didn’t someone mention the Fat Think Tank had something about drinking clarified butter?

What I find even more amazing is that he says his squat went from 65 lbs. to 600 for reps in the same time period.

He started out very underweight, then he bulked up. He added muscle and some fat.

It’s plausible.

That kid has posted here before.

Or, well, someone with his pictures, at least.

I remember this guy posting here.

I read this guys thing like a couple of months ago. I guess it is possible he was a skinny mofo from the start. He says he jacked up calories big time like 6 to 8 thousand cals a day but then he talks about for a period of time jacking his calories up to like 12 thousand cals. I…just can’t imagine packing away that much food. That is like 2000 cals a meal, i don’t know, i don’t really believe him but anything is possible i gues…

The calorie intake doesn’t shock me as much as the fact that 90% of it went to his muscles.

Now THAT’S a hardgainer!

It’s a testament to what you can achieve if you are training hard, eating properly and most of important consistent.

I remember him posting here, with before and after pics.

Whatever happened to CT’s article about how the body can only produce a couple pounds of muscle a month?

I’ve put on about 100 pounds in 3 years…i started at a fat 250 something, than dropped down to around 190…even though i was lean felt too small so started bulking back up and now i’m at just about 290…you can’t underestimate the drive of someone that really wants it, so given the right situation i can see it happen…specially looking at his before pic…

I remember that guy, although I can’t quite place his T-Nation handle. Very impressive transformation in such a short time, even with gear.

Who the hell has “a favorite body part”?

I guess I’m not a body builder or anything, but seems pretty gay to me.

Bodybuilding was set up to sound gay.

I remember him too. Here’s an old thread he started.

Looks like he’s made some great progress since then even.

Ya, it does sound fairly gay…big al…um… yeaaa…

Judging by the changes in his face, I think he juiced.

I believe him.

My son was scrawny until he turned 16, then he put on 50 pounds that year (50/50 fat and muscle, I’m guessing) without even trying, and close to another 50 the second year.

I’m guessing the growth hormones in all that bargain milk and chicken I was buying might have something to do with it.
