I’ve heard opinions, that for proper function of T3 and clen, you need to consume some amount of carbs, even on diet. What can you say about that?

Do you know how cycles differs for a powerlifter? How much does it affect your strength? Is the sideeffects overhyped?

You mentioned for strength athletes looking to stay in a weight class should avoid Dbol/drol to avoid water weight.

I am at the upper limit of my weight class. In the past I have used higher dosed tren (700mg/wk) with very low dose test and anavar for meet prep. Due to side effects I can no longer run tren that high so my plan was to compensate with test, which means high dosed test.

The only time I have ever run test high is in the off season but coupled with a high calorie diet so I gained a lot of weight. Would test ran at high- 1.5 gr/wk also have the same water weight issue as Dbol/drol?

Hi,

you said your first cycle was when you were 22. What did that cycle look like? I’m 21, turning 22 in a couple of months and I’ve been thinking about trying my first cycle as well. I started lifting 1-1,5 years ago. My height is 183 cm (aprox. 6 feet). I started out weighing 68 kgs (150 lbs), now I’m weighing 75.6 (166 lbs). It was a lot of trial and error, looking up and trying out things. I could say that my first six months of training were not so productive since I didn’t really have an idea what I was doing but at this moment I know quite a bit more about nutrition, exercise and supplementation since I like to research these topics. It’s a wonderful journey and it has become my passion. Since recently I’ve also started reading up on steroids. (My english probably sounds a bit odd here and there but it’s not my native tongue, just so you know!)

(Just to give you an idea and create some context: my deadlift 1RM is 190 kg (418 lbs), 5-7 reps would be somewhere around 170 kg (374 lbs) I believe. squat 1RM: haven’t tried yet, though I do 7 reps with 120 kg (265 lbs) parallel, ass to grass would be a bit less. I have a rather developed chest, although my bench press isn’t where I’d want it to be. I could do 4-5 reps with 80 kg (176 lbs) but not one more. I’m working on this. BF should be somewhere around 12-13%, didn’t start cutting yet though…)

It’s been in my head for a while, and now that my gymbuddy is experimenting with steroids I must admit that taking the step seems a lot easier. Although one question, taking steroids at my age, won’t that have a negative impact on my t-levels later on in life since I’m still young and my body could still be developing?

My lifting partner (who is 24) started his first cycle recently ( I’m seeing him tomorrow so I’ll edit dosages/periods where needed): started with winstrol oral 50 mg a day for (no idea how much) weeks, then he started his injectable which was T-enanthate, 3x 1ml per week, dosage was 250 mg / ml so 750 mg a week. His last bottle is almost empty, after his last shot he’ll wait 10-12 days and use his PCT which is nolvadex (not sure about the dosage and period). Thoughts on his first cycle?

Injecting is something I’d have no problem doing, the only thing is, I still live with my parents and I know that if I leave the house I won’t be at ease because of the bottle and needles that will be there. My gymbuddy suggested that he keeps my gear at his place but this seems a bit tricky, what if for some reason we can’t meet and I miss my shot on the day I need it? So I’m discarding that idea and the more I read about dianabol the more I’m inclined to go for a dbol only cycle. I read that among dbol sides is water retention but that it can be countered using Arimidex while using dbol, and then use a PCT with nolvadex, not waiting with nolvadex for 10-12 days like my gymbuddy but starting right after my dbol runs out since it’s an oral cycle. Next year I should be living alone so having injectables then should be an option. I could wait untill then using gear but the itch is there and not sure if I can still wait another year to scratch.

What do you think about the dbol/arimidex + nolvadex cycle? What dosage should do you recommend for somebody with my stats? From what I’ve read I have the idea that people say if you’re going to do it, do it right from the start and don’t do an oral only cycle because it’s not worth the liver damage. But can the liver damage be “safe” if using a liver detoxifier and having a clean diet + no smoking/drinking/drugs ?

and what about supplementation while using gear? Keep using creatine/beta-alanine/citrulline and having a pre-workout or lay off it for some time?

Hitting one bodypart just once a week is enough? failure\non failure

For me it seems every pro is like 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps blablabla, allways the same.

I think as long as your diet is on point (especially intra workout nutrition) I think it’s a great way to progress faster especially if you are on gear. Most people can push A LOT more than they can imagine… There’s people making great progress training the same muscle or same movement 2-3 times a week(or even twice a day) and still making gains.

You can train anywhere between 5-6 days a week, no problem. This is very general and this would obviously vary from person to person depending on years, level and intensity of training and many other variables to consider.

Personally I like the idea of high frequency training.

How many times did you do this var only cycle? How long were the cycles and what was the dosage?

It can work to an extent, especially if you are starting at a very low bodyfat… It’s a very gentle compound, this is often a cycle that a female would run. Not to say it won’t work for males as well, but I need more info about you in order to give u a good answer.

If you only did anavar you do not need HCG and clomid for pct.

Give me age, weight, bodyfat%, years of training, frequency and the other info that I asked for and I’ll get back to you.

(As for injectables, maybe add masteron to the anavar for leaning purposes only)
