Because I did eat a big meal before to make it look even worse. I said that already. What is it you don’t get? You are trying too hard. I also said I took pics the same day with less effect BEFORE I ATE that were stolen in my iphone.

Maybe if you spent more time actually reading what I write instead of looking for key words to complain about, you wouldn’t need this much explanation.
You still don’t get it. Read what I wrote, then go back and read anonym’s post. Then read it again, slowly. Report back when it all makes sense.
LOL. I read it and responded. You were trying to fault me for something there was no reason for.

YES, I made that fat pic look even worse by eating a big meal.

Yes, the next pic is taken about 3 weeks later.

Yes, I used that show how fast it was for me to drop some extra body fat.

Problem?

Basically, why all the deceit?
Because Professor X is a highly disrespectful person whom I actually believe simply likes deceiving others and making them feel bad.

Perhaps he says “I look better than you” simply to objectively point out that he has more expertise than the person he’s speaking to (which in a crude way is one way to look at this), but I actually believe it is more so to humiliate and insult the other person, which he apparently likes doing. I used to think he wasn’t a mean spirited person, and was just “difficult”, but I no longer think that.
This. I almost felt bad putting that picture of him up that now seems to be circulating, but now I dont. This guy is delusional and just an internet bully. According to him I have limited genetics, DD isnt impressive and utahluma isnt big because he is taller. Really?
Where did I say that one of them was not impressive?

I am getting trolled for what now?

Did you remember to subtract out the weight of the horn?

Like I said, none of you seem to be able to debate the points made.

You just attack me again…again.

Getting old, guy.

Well then it’s not impressive if you purposely tried to make the before pic look as bad as possible and then flex and suck in your gut in the next pic.

Problem?

Sorry, this was me sarcastically pointing out that no, you haven’t added 50 pounds of muscle.

“I’m not fat in that pic! I just ate a big meal and I was sticking my gut out.”

“Hey guyz, check out my amazing fat loss in just three weeks!”

LOL!

My goal wasn’t to impress you. I was just posting what happened. You somehow found so much fault in that you followed me around for days making fun of me?

WTF?

For the record…I started lifting seriously when I tried to walk on as a DB my first year of college.

I weighed 170.

So I put on roughly 55 lbs without ever losing abs or relative leanness…so take that for what it is worth.
Tony, i don’t think I like you anymore. I will now go to my corner and cry like a skinny bitch.

If I started weighing 150lbs at 11% then yes, I did.

Is there a “Utah” how do you train thread anywhere? There needs to be.

Also, once again since the smear campaign is in motion again, Utah, you look great and no one wrote otherwise.

Heavythrower looks impressive.

Problem?
So which is it. Did you lose fat in 3 weeks which means you weren’t actually bloated in the first pic and you actually were that fat, OR did you not lose your bloat and didn’t lose nearly as much weight in that 3 weeks as you are trying to make everyone think you did?

You cant have it both ways. Either you were bloated in the first pic and didn’t lose very much weight at all or you were not bloated in the first pic and just fat. Pick one.

I responded to both of you.

You know this how again?

OH YEA your hommie with the calipers…I think I know now why you won’t get hydrostatic weighing…you know you will not like what you see.

MAYBE 50 pounds of LBM, but no, not muscle. That isn’t a bad number though.

HAHA…I was just pointing out that serious mass can be gained without getting permafat. Of course, according to some I never really tried to get big.

I’m OK with that.

Dude, if you are looking for compliments, I am sure people will give them, but yeah, I would consider that an average gym guy back.

Mine is not.

Your leanness doesn’t make up for the lack of really large width and thickness.
Once again, you look good for the average gym goer.

Some of us want more than that yet are being shouted down by guys like you.

Why?
The whole before and after “easy to lose fat” thing is completely blowing my mind.

X, how can you use those pictures as evidence that losing fat is easy when you made yourself look fatter in the before? Surely you can understand how the before picture would skew your results

TOTALLY!

I think I’m goign to start one… you know where.
