WTF? Dude, I have a job. I don’t need to come here and coach someone else to discuss weight lifting and bodybuilding.
I helped people for years here with this info. Why do I need to be in some race with someone else to coach someone?
As if what we are discussing doesn’t help people in itself?
real talk…you all have professionals with real medical backgrounds discussing this in front of you for free…and your action is to complain if they mention they have that education?
WTF?
It shouldn’t matter if I mention if another 500 times if it is the fucking truth.

Ok bro…ok.
You just keep on keeping on.

You know what would be cool? One of these coaching transformation threads started by Professor X. You could take some young impressionable new guy under your wing and coach him up like Zraw, Jake and others are doing. That would be great! It would be a huge benefit to this forum and the site in general. I am not sure if this is something you are interested in doing but I think it would be very cool and very well received.
Just food for thought I suppose.
Professor, so I take it that your answer to this proposition is a no?

Don’t worry…as always, I will.
I’m here making real progress trying to discuss real progress.
You seem to be here for other reasons.
Try bringing this forum up and not down further.

I would say you should read your own post and take a lesson…because you are the master of…do as I say and NOT as I do.

Uh, yeah…that is why I started today posting all of those pictures of the progress made since so many seemed confused and thought I looked like I don’t lift.
Do as I do…post some progress pictures of yourself and quit focusing on me so much.
That is a bit questionable at this point. Nothing being written here should be causing you to do this unless you just want to.

I did not miss it but you did not address my post directly so that is why I asked for clarification. No need to get your knickers in a twist. You don’t want to use your experience and knowledge to help out a young noob then that’s fine. “What we are discussing” is most definitely NOT helping people. It’s just the same arguing. That is why I thought you coaching someone up would actually be informative and helpful. You said that you used to help people in the past but since your “Professor X: A Request” thread is no longer stickied I do not think that new visitors to this site will have seen much of your helpful advice since most of the recent threads are centered around this same argument.
But if you do not want to do it then that is completely fine. I was not attacking you or being passive aggressive or anything of that nature. I was stating my opinion: I think it would be cool to see you have a t nation protégée that you bring along and guide. It would be helpful, positive and informative. That is all.

That’s why all your threads end up as shit flinging.
Did you miss yourself doing this?
Oh…so when whiteflash laughed at me for discussing growth factor proteins because he alone hadn’t heard of them, I shouldn’t have said anything?
I shouldn’t have given an example of what that is so people who want to learn can actually get something positive from the discussion?
I didn’t laugh at you. I asked what a growth protein was.
And I answered you.
I dare you to post your own quote of “how” you “asked”.
Do you double dog dare me?

There’s only one place left to go.
You can’t triple dog a double dog!

I can’t help a young newb by discussing bodybuilding topics openly?
You serious with this? I haven’t made people turn every thread into this crap. I started these threads to discuss what this forum is about.
Anyone coming in NOT discussing what this forum is about and making it personal is here for the wrong reasons.

Worse than that, they are literally trying to rewrite history here all of a sudden when I doubt many here have posted as many progress pics as I have over the years.
This pic here is taken about 3 weeks after the “fat pic”.[photo]38707[/photo]
Question…if I can lose fat that fast, why worry that much about it?
The rest of the pics I posted after that were all taken in the same spot at the gym like this one…[photo]38708[/photo]
which was taken about the time I went to CO.
Apparently my muscles are all fake now and only the result of trick lighting.

Damn X, if you were to get to even 12% bf…you’d be scary huge.
Also…why 12%?

You just try and play nice, and you would be surprised how quickly things can change.
I mentioned you starting a help thread, because I would truly like to see you help some noob reach their goals with your methods.
But using a job as an excuse to not help people on a forum you clearly care about is strange?..you have more posts than anybody else in the history of the internets on here.

Honestly, and I’ve been staying out of these threads lately, but that post is PX personified. It’s the epitome of why people here don’t like him these days. You directed a post towards him, completely respectfully, and got that response.

It’s X…basic 101.
Take a guy who likes you…and make him not like you in one page of posts.
I used to be just like Smashingweights.

Wrong. Most of these people are peanut gallery jumping into this to keep the flames growing.
I spent years here helping people, not insulting people.
I spent years showing my progress and helping people with their own. For anyone to act like that didn’t happen is flat out bullshit.
I am here to discuss bodybuilding and getting swole and lean, not for all of you to keep this up like you have any control at all over who I am as a person or what I am passionate about.
let it rest so people can get something positive from this forum instead of the same old crap.
real talk, I built more muscles than most of you here so this shit has gotten old and tired.
People are here to learn, not watch you bitch about me for several [pages.
grow some nuts and keep this shit rolling in a positive direction.
Preach Brotha!!
Motherfucking PREACH!!

I didn’t say you attacked me.
I find your actions questionable because you did NOT ask someone like Colucci to train someone.
Why ask me when I spent years here doing nothing but giving advice on weight lifting since this forum started?
The only reason that can’t happen now is because every thread turns into this.

I agree with IronMan. You would be crazy at 12%
I think he mentioned 12% because 10-12% seems to be generally accepted as impressively lean without getting into the relm of contest conditioning where muscle loss would become a potential issue. I am not him so I cannot answer for him but that is my interpretation of why he specifically mentioned 12%
