PWO Shake

Question:

I am currently on a cut, and the only carbs I get are from veggies and my pwo shake that includes a banana. My question is about the pwo shake and whether it is or is not acceptable:

8 oz hood calorie countdown fat free
1 large banana
2 scoops on whey
5g creatine
ice

thoughts?

Depending on what type of training your doing and how long etc…idealy you would would want a 2:1 carb to protein ratio in your pwo shake.(something like Surge being a good example)

If you already have 2 scoops of whey included, there isn’t much need for the milk, which would only further slow down the absorption of they whey.

well i’d personally go with Surge. not sure why you want to make your own but if that’s what you want to do then just mix the 2 scoops with some gatorade - lose the banana but do include 5-10g of bcaa and glutamine. the carbs will not hinder your fat loss efforts.

Yea to be honest my strength levels have rly gone down bc of this cut/since i stopped taking Surge. another tub here i come
