PWI Regulars - Post Your Lifts

I have a 300kg DL. Not sure where my squat stands but I can rep out with 180kg. Haven’t done heavy benching recently but did do 125kg8 on close grips this week. DB Military is at 50kg10. Haven’t done Krocs in a while but have done 10+ reps with 200s.

Shucks. Thanks for showin’ up.

(You need to work on your Krocs. Can’t have a 50 year old 215 pounder whippin ya)

:-)
His measurements are in kilograms…

Not his Kroc row number as I don’t believe he’s rowing a 440 lbs dumbbell.

The “thanks for showing up” comment probably was misunderstood. I meant it as “Wow, thanks a lot for humbling me, man.”
You weren’t misunderstood that’s what I got out of it… Perhaps you are right, imagined he was strapping a handle on a baby elephant and rowing the shit out of that.
Incidentally I loved Kroc rows. Sadly I could never get a max because the largest db I have available to me is 80 lbs and I could do that for like a million reps each arm.
I have purposely not been reading about lifting because the itch is so bad that I could hardly stand it now. God help me if I got motivated on top of that…
I sincerely wish I had your lower back…

I think it’s safe to say we have some pretty ample lifters here in PWI… Unless people are lying, but I don’t think so…

I only lie about my age…

Now you know I have a reason for my neurotic behavior ; )

As for a motorcycle, seriously go for it! I recommend taking a STAR class, or equivalent. As for me I will ride again, once I have enough money saved. The experience of a motorcycle has never been better with anything I have ever experienced. I have been told a fighter jet is the only experience better. The world is even more spectacular on two wheels! Also, my time to leave this world was determined long ago by God and I would never try and sit in a padded room. Especially when I can go over one hundred and seventy miles an hour, real world speed AND drag my knee through corners at a buck forty. Thank God for allowing me to experience the endorphins!! OMG give me moar please!! Then after the street, take your bike to a track ; )

I was always wondering what that avatar was about…Well I did want a motorcycle, but stories like this make me rethink that idea. Granted this situation would have still been bad in a car, but not as. Unless it was a Smart, then your better off on the motorcycle.
I suppose we were bound to agree on something sooner or later.
