^ That looks so ridiculous. Did you fight a grizzly bear for conditioning afterward…
You’re the man Push.

Bumping this thread again. Step up to the plate.
Two days ago I got a PR on one arm incline DB presses.
1 x 3 x 135
5 x 2 x 135
Good shit right there Push!
A lifter should get credit for at least one rep. just for getting it into position to start with.

Hey, what’s with you candy ass bastards? Can’t someone else post some lifts 'round here?
;-)
No, because you are all weak.
Game over.
Haha just kidding some good stuff in here.
And Push that dumbbell is fucking manly. Can’t go wrong with the tape!

Not super impressive, but I did this the other day:

Is your left rotator cuff blown or what?
Haven’t read the whole thread, so apologies if past glories have been outlawed.
Age 17/BW 185-atg squat 308 bench 297 deads 396

30’s BW 245-oly squat 440 press 210 deads 506 sumo 462
There was a point at age 20 where I could bench more than I could squat.

2013 was the worst year I have ever had in terms of strength training. I have some injuries from college football (3 years, D2) that flared up and had two surgeries. I was just getting back into it at the end of December then had to get my wisdom teeth out unexpectedly lol.
Right now I’m easing back in completely. Doing all the stuff I’ve neglected in the past as far as correcting imbalances and working to become healthy. I have no idea what my current lifts can be, but 2014 is going to be the year where I regain the strength I lost being injured so much of last year and get back on track to breaking PR’s!
This thread needs like buttons

Good luck man. I too am forced to work around injuries–three bad ones from football and shitty jobs–and it is an endless headache, but worth it.
I would just like to announce I ground out two 600lb deadlifts Sunday – in a row.
It was a jump of 90 lbs over what I’ve ever attempted before. Just felt strong.
Low back aches a bit today because I throw my chest forward I think in the process of locking out and kind of over-lordosis the low back.
I won’t post my other two lifts because they suck.

Good luck, H. For all our clashes on PWI I do wish you the best in your training. Nose to the grindstone, my man.
Clashes on PWI are just differences of opinions on (mostly) trivial stuff we have no power to change ourselves. Iron is iron. And I’m dominating the iron this year and I know you will as well.
