As you already know I’m just here to troll, goof, and push peoples buttons…

Sooooo, what flag did you use to sail under and why the switch to a new one now?
The first rule of troll club… never reveal anything about your identity.
Well, you can certainly answer the second part of my question without revealing too much.
I have a different email account and don’t remember my old “flags” password.

Well shucks, that there just negated your first reason. So that doesn’t make sense.

If you’re really he’ll bent on knowing my last T-ID… I’ll give you a hint…

I don’t post here but
Bench 345x1
CG bench 245x11, 285x6
Military press 215x1 (going for 225 next week)
Incline bench 245x5
Squat 465x1, 365x10 (no belt, with knee sleeves)
Deadlift 530x1 (no belt)
Trap bar dead 455x11
Pullups 30 (stopped caring at this point)
Barbell row 225x12
how much do you weigh>?
4 months late lol
215-220 … lifts are a lot higher now though

Happy to report that one year after double carpel tunnel surgery I am back almost to pre surgery levels.

Some examples:

Incline DB presses 100’s x 10
Military DB Presses 80’s x 7
Front pulldowns 250 x 8
Cable Rows 250 x 8
Don’t go over 365 for 10 on squats as I am still having some iliotibial band and groin issues. Leg press only holds sixteen plates, but I am able to do this with 250 lbs in DB’s stacked on top for sets of 12 to 15

Have not started back on dead lift as of yet. Waiting for some improvement in the ilitibial and groin issues.

All and all, I am just happy to be back in the gym after an almost two year forced layoff.

Gunna update.

Now:

DL: 455
TL: 1160lbs

Finally got my six plate pull. Yes, my fat stubby fingers needed the straps but I made up for it by going beltless and gearless.

Funny thing is I was also operating on sleep deprivation and a shortage of calories (I’m on an extended out of town business trip and haven’t been able to eat the way I like to).
Great pull. I liked the smile at the end

Nice pull ya old fart!

Very good Push. Better than me. By a lot.

Didn’t know where else to post this, but after 5 years of not having been in the gym and gaining 40lbs of flab, this week is the second week of getting back into the game.

Started with keto 3 weeks ago, lost 10lbs and feel better than ever before. Can’t post lifts as of yet ofcourse but it’ll come.

I’ve given myself 6 months to get back to a point where I can feel good about my physical appearance again. I don’t think that on keto it will be much of a problem. All these years on so much sugar and carbs… but better late than never!

To be continued…

Outstanding Ephrem!!! I’m with ya buddy. You CAN do it.

I started a keto diet last week. Trying to lose 40lbs by 40th birthday in September. Down 12 pounds (water, I’m sure) so far. Good luck to you.

Just hit two personal bests- 435lb Dead and a 185 clean to press. Yeah me

It’s almost a miracle, such is the change in my system by the change in diet. Good luck to you too!

I’ll even include my hope for your success in my prayer times for you which I’m certain you’ll be thrilled to death to learn continue to this day.
