Putting it Out There to Hold Myself to it

You’re 19, so now is the time to do this. It will only get harder if you wait until later in life. I wish I had known what to do to get lean at 19. It would have saved me years of wasted time, diets, bad training, etc. You’ve got the tools here to get it done! Good luck.

todays official weigh in- 224

performance- high, PR’d on squat friday. (300x12)

mood - sour at best, but thats from outside issues not the food.

Well… if nothing else, women are good for motivation.

Now OP, go read I Know You & Iron And Soul by Henry Rollins & smash some fucking weights.

I hate to break this to you bro, but it’s probably not that you’re fat.

You can look around and see all kinds of hot babes with fat fuckers and skinny fuckers and dorky fuckers and wimpy fuckers…I mean, WTF it just makes no sense.

But I guess there’s somebody out there for just about everybody - the problem is finding the one that’s out there for you.

One thing I have noticed that is more of a chick magnet than a big chest or ripped abs is…self-confidence. If you can get to the gym and make the changes you want, and it builds your confidence, that will shine through and should help attract the one you are looking for

Good luck.

As you look better, you’ll feel better about yourself. It only takes catching one or two hotties a week checking you out before you’ll realize you really do look and feel differently.

I really had no clue where else to post this other then in my log, but no one reads that. And if just one person reads this, it will work.

I’m a mass king. a 19 year old 5’10 mass king, 230 pounds. over 17 inch arms. 335 pound bench press. squat (since I started doing it lol) been jumping about 5 or 10 pounds by the week.

Sounds fantastic to some.

Not to me…[/quote]

if you want the girls, you might aswell drop down to 120lbs, girls dont like muscles…i know the feeling about chasing a chick training harder than ever to find out she’d rather some guy that would weigh less than an olympic bar

Women care more about personality and financial traits than they do physical traits.

Beating yourself up about chicks will lead you to a long life of abuse at the hands of the fairer sex. I will second Rocky101’s point on financial traits and personalities. I look at my girlfriend’s EX’s and I shake my head.

“That guy?! Really?! Come on!”

If I can give you any advice it would be stop looking. Let go and you will be surprised what will walk into your life. I have always had great luck when it wasn’t a high priority.

In the meantime get stronger, get leaner and love life. You only get 1 go round so you might as well have a good time.

He’s 19. I have yet to meet a 19-year-old girl that cares about my financial situation more than how I look. Personality varies in importance based on the girl, but money isn’t a factor, at least for a few more years.

thats…a fad in my opinion. Like TC said manliness will ALWAYS be sexy. It was 1000 years ago and it still is. Wait a little while and no one will even remember this wave of stick figures with stupid haircuts.

My body is the high priority for now.

6 pounds gone so far.

Did first session of cardio today and…it was a horrid display. Well I hit and kicked the bag for a few rounds and was quite worn out. I’d already lifted just prior to it. Lets just say I should stear clear of a cage and an actual opponent that hits back for a lil while.

I’ve noticed vegatables tayste a little better.

Of course so does rice, which isnt a very good food for Beale. Better then a candy bar and a coke, but still not one of my top 10 foods for getting lean and staying strong either.

Sticking to home style food is helping a lot.

I see some top ab begging for daylight.

One day at a time I guess.
