LOL! Thanks, Edgy!

Your shoulders are freakin’ amazing!!!

Saturday was a rest day
Sunday was shoulders
Today was legs.

Took some ab pics this morning. Not trying to develop them like this… It just happened! To be completely honest, I’d prefer to have the abs of a bikini competitor but to still keep my size everywhere else. Can’t have everything, I guess.

Thank you! My shoulders are about the ONLY thing that I’ll give a nod to genetics for! They came along quickly and it doesn’t hurt that they’re my favorite thing to train.

BACK DAY:
Nothing super special to report.
We have this seated hammerstrength leg press machine that you can actually stand in front of and pull like a barbell row. It is fantastic to add in on back day because you can load that bad boy up and pull! I had never even though of using it that way until I saw someone doing it a while back. I don’t have a picture of the machine but I’ll post one next time I think of it. It’s very versatile and you can do steady rows or explosive rows.
Also a big fan of slow and steady wide grip pull ups with a leg lift and hold. People almost ALWAYS comment that I am “showing off”.
LOVE IT! Just makes me do more!

So different than 1 1/2 years ago. You should do a side-by-side from that first pic to this new one. People will be SHOCKED.

Good idea! I’ll put that horrible blue suit on too for the full effect. LOL!

Have you ever competed? Would you like to?

No, I have never competed. I’ve not been really interested up until now. I’m not saying never just not now. Three kids and their busy schedules aside, I really just enjoy being lean year round!

DUDE if you competed you would kick some serious ass, just sayin’…

abs are rock’n

Thank you! Might try it next spring. I am constantly learning about what works for me and what doesn’t. I am in a pretty good groove right now so if thing continue to progress I might do it!

Thank you! Pretty much all diet because I next to never do any ab work! I lift heavy though and, as I am sure most people on this site know, it requires some real core strength to do it and do it right.

Doing a MAG-10 pulse today in order to prepare for a last minute photo shoot this weekend. Not sure if you’ve ever tried it before but it requires a certain frame of mind in order to get through the day. However, the results are always amazing. There is definitely something behind high protein dosing. Meanwhile… all I can think of is food.
