Exactly my goal. Thank you!

You do look remarkable. Kuddos to you for being able to train so hard with three kids.

Hi Catnip. I just recently joined on here. Looking to get my life back together again…2 kids and newly divorced. Need my body back and been a year since my bowel reconstruction. So I have the drs go ahead to get moving. I have subscribed to you and looking forward to begin posting my own success story. Looking into Indigo-3G. Great job!!

Yeah, yeah, yeah… I log on once every four weeks or so! So… it has been 8 months since I started lifting (for real) and I am going to go ahead and cut and see what happens. Not planning on doing a show but I figured that I’d act like I was and if I like what I see then I’ll do one in 2013. I’ll take pics in a few weeks and post them.

I am SO behind on updating this log! Sorry! I have continued to do the work though! Here are a few pictures I managed to take this morning.

Current Lifts:
245lbs Conventional Deadlift
120lbs Bench Press
185lbs Squat (this is after starting over. Happy to report that they are a low and as deep as they can be)

I push the prowler occasionally but nowhere near what I should!
Still ZERO cardio.
Gluten Free
Dairy Free
4 I3G caps in the morning
Anaconda peri workout
6 month old baby in arms most the day and interrupted sleep at night. ( This HAS to be what is making the difference. HA!)

Hopefully it won’t be a month plus before I update again… [/quote]

Amazing progression!

Nice to see your log here…you were hidden away!

Lol! Someone resurrected this log! I guess I could stand to update it a bit! I’ve been pretty active on Instagram so come find me there if you wish. Still a huge Biotest lover and I’ve made some tremendous progress. Need to buy one thing? MAG-10!

Keeping it fun!

I am currently 5 months pregnant and am reading this in anticipation of being able to get started as soon as I’m ok’d to work out again…due date is February 15th so I have a long way to go. So motivated by seeing your transformation, good job. Especially after 3 kids. I am on kid #1

Today was an ā€œextra dayā€ with ab work and extra arm work. I am on an advanced program that pretty much hits everything throughout the other 5 days a week so on my 6th day I just do extra stuff and lots of prowler work. I load up on plazma a get to it! Our prowler lives at a gym that doesn’t have childcare so today we strapped the baby in the stroller, queued up kid videos on the iphone and pushed that prowler! Oh sure… you can make the excuse that without childcare you can’t train… or you can be creative and make it happen.
