Whenever I do pushups I am getting pain in my head. I do pay attention to breathing and I experimented with it but nothing seems to help.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

i dont get the same, but once or twice have come close - it may be the way you do them, changing or restricting blood flow around the neck possibly. Have you tried different hand spacing and positions?
It may eventually be that you drop it in favor of dips, for instance.
Many bodyweight exercises are taxing for the nervous and respiratory system because your whole body is under tension, especially with high reps.
What is important here: Try focusing on your core tension while relaxing the tone in your head. Keep your abs rock hard and try not to press like you’re on the loo.
If your core lacks power, you might have to strengthen it beforehand. For this, I recommend isometric (like planks) and dynamic (like explosive hanging full leg raises) exercises because I feel they are better suited for achieving and maintaining high tension with pushups.
Your headaches should definitely get weaker, at least you should experience them later in your set.
Keep practising a relaxed mind as well as a tight core and they will be gone in no time.

Where at in your head is the pain? front, sides, deep or on the surface? Can you mimick it by holding your breath and pushing or do you have to be prone? Does it ever happen any other times?
