if all you can do is 52 in a two minute test, you probably wont be worth a shit in the 20 minute test. so why would you want to do a 6 hour test? you must want your name right next to where it says “in last place”

I think he is calling you a two pump chump. hahaha
You just leave it for a while. It’s wierd cause that ‘starting’ progress bar never moves, but leave it there and don’t refresh or go forward or back and eventually it will upload. Then someone at Biotest has to do the conversion to Flash manually. Mine finally show up, but it is a little confusing.
BTW mine are 60 MB in a lot of cases.

i’m the original poster, and i havent even done the 2 minute test yet. my best is 100 non stop, but not the way they are to be done on this test…
the way i do them is all the way up, and all the way down. only difference is i dont raise my hands.
i have a phone thats 10 years old, so i cant take pictures, so no video from me.
i guess playing sports 50 years now, you learn you dont cheat, and if you do its only hurting yourself. my word is good.
dang only got 55… not too bad but it really starts to burn at number 30 lol… I gotta keep working on these cause they are pretty awesome. Much harder than they look/sound

Yea Greg 2 minutes. I think for the most part we are all around 50 so maybe make a shorter race 75? 100 would suck but it is doable.
Maybe scale the Female race to 50 / longer term 75

Did 135x8 on the overhead and 52 or 53 on the push ups. Was pretty sore coming into this after deadlifting 335x15 and 225x15 for 3 sets and 75 total pull ups yesterday
Why have I only seen this thread now… Good job to all of you guys.
I’m in for the push ups, but I’m about a buck 65, so for me, 135 is a push press. I’ll see if I can scratch out 1 or 2 clean reps.
I’m going to try the push ups after this client leaves.
Is there a bodyweight squat one set up yet? I think those would be brutal, after “X” amount I don’t think I’d be able to extend my legs. Maybe I’ll try a set tonight after my squat session, see what kind of number I come up with…
BW squats are too easy, that thing can go on for too long. And I think it’ll take a while to tape 30+ minutes of BW squats, much less will anyone want to watch.
