Push Press Arch

Am I using too much weight if I have a significant arch in my back at the bottom portion of a push press? I’ve been gaining a lot of strength on this exercise lately, but as I add more and more weight, I can feel the muscles in my back not liking it.

I guess it depends on where the arch is. You should be able to brace your core and produce that arch with your thoracic spine.
