just search for Westside For Skinny Bastards (WS4SB), parts I, II, or III.
Weighted Dips and Weighted Pull-ups can both be Max-Effort lifts on Upper Body ME days. They can also be used as assistance lifts on any upper body day. Use them with 1-3 reps instead of a Bench Press Variation on ME lifts and use them with reps of 6-100 as an assistance lift that’s done on ME or Speed/Assistance Days.
