Pull-Up Strength

pull-ups, chin-ups and ALL VARIATIONS of the above are terrific exercise tools…
in my opinion, there are really few other equally good upper body exercises

We ALWAYS have stacks of similar things in our routines. Below clip with one arm chin-ups from our forest workouts.
Best of my guys can do 6 straight ONE ARM CHIN-UPS on each side.

3 x 5 with 102 or 8 x 3 with 125 attached is a standard @ 185 BW

Actally I have the opposite problem. I can do +70lbs for 10 times BW for 35 times at 165lbs. I can only bench 210 though…

TNT - I agree - There’s no such thing as a bad pull - up!!!

Might wanna throw some weight on a belt…
