Week 3 MOnday
Gym changed scales on me this week. I haven’t been dieting the last two weeks and now weigh 271.4 on the new scale. Don’t know if I really gained that much or if it is just a difference between the two scales. Either way, no carb starts today. Plan on having a cheat meal after every 10 lbs lost.
Woke up with headache this morning and took two Aleve. As a happy byproduct, my shoulder felt 90% better today and I was actually able to get in a groove on bench.
Bench: 185x5 225x5 245x3 255x3 265x3 225x10
Hammer Strength Decline: 90x10 100x10 100x10
Hammer Strength Row: 80x8 85x8 85x8
