PRP and Patellar Tendonosis

Going on month 11 of bilateral patellar tendonosis. I’m at my wits end and just want this to be over with. Anyone have any experience with Plate-rich plasma therapy? It’s the last treatment option before considering surgery.

PRP is prepared by using different methods, the ACP has better evidence coming out soon, I know the physician conducting the work.
