Protocol for BPC-157/TB-500

Question on protocol for BPC-157 and TB-500. I have a torn rotator cuff and labrum that is keeping me out of the gym. Recently purchased peptides and have a protocol question. I would like to do 500 mcg of each (157 and 500). My thought was to do 157 at the shoulder and the 500 in belly area every morning. Does this sound like a good protocol or should I not do the 500 every day? Thank you……

I’ll preface by saying these peptides will not heal that injury and you will still need to take time for recovery. A torn cuff/labrum does not “heal per sae. That is an acute injury. Peptides are great for soft tissue/inflammation type injuries but nit acute. It may require surgery. Have you spoken to a surgeon about options? The peptides will help after surgery recovery.

This is the protocol i’ve used for years:

TB500-5mg/wk split into 2x2.5mg injections

BPC157-500mcg/day

For both I try to get as close to the injury as I can. Just pull some skin and inject near the problem area. They are both systemic so you can do belly if you want but near the area of concern is best.

Plan for 4 weeks. If your feeling a bit better after 2 weeks just finish off the 4 weeks and you should be good. If not feeling at least 75% better after 2 weeks then plan to extend to 6 weeks. If not feeling 75% after 4 weeks plan to go 8 weeks. If after 8 weeks your not resolved then you need imaging/intervention.

Thanks! Yes, I did discuss the injury with surgeon. He basically said what you are saying. The injury will not heal on its own and most likely will need surgery. Just thought I might have some luck with the peptides. I’m one week into the protocol and no improvement at all.

Usually around the 2 week mark is when I will notice a difference. Again, this will not fix a tear type injusy but it will reduce inflammation and may in turn provide some relief. Report back ina week or so. Interested to see how make out.

Will do. Thanks….,
