BPC-157 and its alternates: what's changed?

Folks,
I’ve struggled with joint/tendon issues off and on for years, and that’s been well documented here.
I currently have a wrist injury that’s incredibly painful and may be a fracture or a soft tissue injury; but that’s not really the point of this post.

I had read about BPC-157 here in the past. At that time, it was an injectable that maybe was illegal or something - I didn’t ever try to buy any and, to me, it looked kind of roid-adjacent.

With this recent injury, I googled BPC-157 and was surprised to see a few things:

a) It’s now commercially available in capsule form, from websites that don’t look shady at all. Did something change?

b) BPC-159 now appears in searches. WTF?

c) B-CP-157 appears on Amazon as a “BPC-157 alternative, gluten free” and I’m wondering, again, WTF?

d) Is a capsule of whatever the hell it is, likely to be beneficial to my wrists? It looks like they’re selling it more as a gut health supplement. Which is still a good idea for me because my guts are pretty bad LOL.

e) Anyone have experience taking the capsules? Results?

Thanks everyone!

It is still in a grey are just like it always was. It’s listed as “not for human consumption” to get around this.

I’ve never heard of BPC159. I’m thinking it’s a knockoff product. Would steer clear. BPC157 has been studies and works.

Don’t buy these products from amazon.

Yes. BPC157 is systemic so it can be ingested and will work where it is needed. I have talked with my Dr who does my TRT and he does say that injecting at the site of injury is better though. This is the method I follow.

No, personally i would uses injections. I do know people that have had success with the pills though.

BPC157 will help with tears and soft tissue damage. If you have a fracture it’s useless. I would also recommend using TB500 with it. They have great synergy and I have successfully used this stack to heal many lifting/overuse injuries over the years. This is how I typically run it.

Plan for 4 weeks to start
BPC157- 500mcg/day
TB500-5mg/wk split into (2)2.5mg shots
If you start to feel better after 2 weeks then 4 weeks is prob good. If your not felling better at the 2 week mark add 2 more weeks to the protocol. If you get to 8 weeks and your not much better then something else is going on. I would try to get your injury diagnosed prior to wasting money.

aminoasylum dot shop is a good source for peptides
Umbrellalabs dot is is also a great source but usually a little more expensive but they offer discounts when you hit $100 and $200 mark.
