ill second for carrot, but only if it comes with cream cheese icing. figure out how to make that healthy and youll be doing some good business.

SOOOOO…when do we expect our free samples to arrive? haha

If I ever vacation in carolina, i’ll be there.

Haha well this weekend I may just make the tried and true Blueberry as I have done this many times now.

However the first new flavor will likely be Pumpkin Spice as it’s already very good for you and high in fiber. That way the carb content wont be altered much if not improved!

I am looking for a way to package them today. I will be going to several stores hoping to find what I have in mind. Really that’s the only hold up at the moment.

Keeping things fresh without adding chemicals is certainly a challenge!

Hey, why not find a way to pre-package the dry mix itself and that way you only have to sell those?

If that works then you could work with a manufacture to produce them on a large scale and get regional or even nationwide distribution.

If they are over cooked the protein turns rock hard and I wouldn’t mind someone to tell everyone my stuff sucks because they couldn’t follow directions!

That’s a good point, but people are idiots and it’s just a fact of life we have to accept sometimes.

Haha so true. Most people don’t know though that after you take food away from the heat it will cotinue to cook. Eggs for example will cook for up to an additional minute after being put on a plate.

Muffins left in the tray up to 5 minutes.

Crew = cooking geek

I am going to vote for the pumpkin, peanut butter, molasses, or coffee flavor, or even tea for that matter.

you seem to be good with baking so you probably already know you can melt peanut butter to use as shortening and extra strong coffee makes a great liquid for mixing.

You better ship to the West Coast!

Haha I dunno about the coffee one, that’s combining two great breakfast items together. I love coffee but it might be hard to sell.

lol that might get expensive to make

Sorry all for not making anything yet!!

What has been holding me up the most is finding a good vacuum sealer for the muffins. Does anyone have any suggestions as to a good one to buy?

Also my move isn??t helping the fact any.

Crew go get that Reynolds Vacuum Seal handheld thing. It’s only about $10.00 and it uses plastic bags.
