I am just going to try HCG with my TRT. If I purchase the 5000IU Ovidac, how much bacteriostatic water do I need to mix with it to get 250iu? If I use (3) three injections of 250iu how long will one bottle last? Thanks!
Basic math: your 5000iu vial contains 5000iu of HCG. Mix that with 5ml of bac water, and your resulting mixture will be 1000iu/ml. This makes measuring your 250iu dose easy, just got to the 25 mark on your insuling syringe or .25ml. Keep it in the refrigerator, and it will last 6 weeks or so.
Thank you for the help, Catfish. Do you end up throwing any of it away, or are you able to use it all up before it expires?
I generally end up tossing a small amount, but I’d say on average I keep it longer than 6 weeks…maybe closer to 2 months. I mix mine at the same ration (1000iu/ml) but mix up the 10000iu vials with 10ml water. I can generally tell when it is time to toss it, it will start leaving a bump under the skin that takes a day or two to go away.

So wait…
I’m injecting SQ in the belly using 5/8 needle. In my case, I’m thinking that would be one hell of a bump.
Now, I’d get nodules doing SQ T in the belly - using loads of >50ml and ASPIRATING.
I am also curious as to what would cause those bumps of yours… I’ve heard broscience say to put a couple of drops of HGH on a pregnancy strip, but not sure about that. Makes sense, just hard to convince my GF I’m buying/carrying around those tests simply to make sure my gear is good.
I’d definitely get “a look”.
Pretty small bump, really. Just enough that I notice it.
You can use an 8mm 31G needle for HCG SC. Why are you using such a long needle?

I’ve been wondering about this too. I haven’t tried HCG, but it’s all over the web that a pregnancy test can tell you if yours is legit. I was thinking, since it’s such a well-known test, it might be easy for a manufacturer to fool it (apparently even soap contamination can cause a “pregnant” result What Could Cause a False Positive on a Pregnancy Test? )
Maybe it’s just that it’s better than nothing? Or are there brands that are more reputable/less reputable (or is even that a bad indicator)?
