Giving adding HCG another try and I am mixing per prescription of 1ml BAC water per per 1,000 HCG to keep dosing simple. I was wondering the drawbacks of halfling the BAC water to reduce the overall volume of HCG… I am only doing 40iu every 3.5d so not a big volume, but would less be less PIP?
There’s no PIP to begin with. It would just make the math harder
Not much pain, but if I inject in the belly area it is always a bit tender so i usually hit my glutes, I was just wondering if I could half the dilution and only inject 20 units instead.
Several people on this site have reported that they reconstitute at greater potency per ml… that is, higher concentration of drug per ml.
Obviously, at a certain point, precise dosing would become difficult at a high concentration of drug per ml.
Does anyone have any info or opinion on other drawbacks to reconstituting to higher than normal potency, for example, pharmacokinetic impact, and at what levels of concentration concerns might begin.
IMO it just makes the math harder. The dose remains the same in the end
I reconstitute 5000iu with 2mL water. I take 0.1mL every other day for 250iu. Been working as you’d expect.

Great. Does anyone else have any experience to share re injecting at concentrations greater than the typical manufacturer’s 1,000 iu per ml?
My doctor has me mixing 50,000 iu in 10ml.
Makes the injections small.
Does the vial seem to lose potency near the end?
I never really go over 5000iu vials because I’ve accidentally left them out of refrigeration so many times and have to chuck them lol.
It seems you would end up using the bottle long passed the post-reconstitution discard by time. I do, but not by a huge amount
How much do you inject a week? Do you use the whole vial? Have you noticed any differences as the vial ages?
I have find out that after one week it start losing potency drasticly. Generic 5000iu vial…
Have you ever found a solution for this? I started Pregnyl a few months ago and the potency basically goes from 100 to 0 after a few weeks.
How do you know this? You would need a fertility test to even see the decrease in effectiveness or a testosterone test on HCG monotherapy.

500iu 2x a week.
It worked perfectly for a month and then over the course of 2-3 days the effects completely faded away. Libido/sensitivity disappeared, balls shrank a little, no semen volume. A month later I opened a new vial and the same thing happened, except this time it worked for 2 weeks. Not sure if it’s the hCG, it’s something with me, or a combination of the two. I’m only on my 2nd vial but so far it’s been pretty consistent both times.

Interesting. And why are you on HCG? For fertility or PCT?
Because I feel like dog shit without it.
How come? Are you hypogonadal?
