I am 6’1 197 pounds 26 years old Not sure of body fat % but I’m pretty lean… I started a cycle about 4 weeks ago test cyp and I was wondering how I should involve hcg I seen it comes in a cake of powder and yah gotta mix it with ballistic water I just need I know how to use it

There are a lot of conflicting opinions about HCG’s use out there right now. Read all you can, then find people who have done cycles with, and without it to find opinions based in comparison.
250iu 3x a week. Starting in week 3 at the latest with longer esters. Stopping 4-5 days before pct.

Is that the latest, most common/used type of pre pct? Everybody seems to have their own opinion and most will have good logic behind the reason how they use it.
In William LLewellyn’s (9th ed) book it says (at the end of the cycle)to take 2500iu of HCG every other days for 16 days, clomid 50mg twice a day for 30 days and novla 20mg/day for 45. “The PoWeR PCT program”
Then some say to take 250iu of hgh for starting on week 3 of your cycle, stopping a couples weeks prior finishing your cycle then kicking the nolva and/or clomid.
Some say do hcg after your last shot for a few weeks then do the nolva/clomid
Some say to wait until the longer ester effects (10-14 days) fade away before kicking in the hcg and adding the nolva/clomid.

So which one is good? best? better? Pros and cons?

wtf is ballistic water?
bacteriostatic water?
bacteriostatic water has benzyl alcohol and can be used for multiple injections spread over a month. sterile water is only good for one injection - so know the difference. without the benzyl alcohol the water would not be safe for the rest of your injections. so only use what? bacteriostatic water and not ballistic water.
what ai (anti-aromatase)are you using?
because if you aren’t and get gynecomastia you don’t want to add hcg. it will raise your estradiol levels and most likely make things worse.
use your hcg the last three to four weeks of your cycle.
clomid or tamoxofen/nolvadex should also be continued at least 2 weeks after HCG is discontinued to avoid causing problems.
i’m afraid to ask, what do you have on hand (right now) for pct?
Its real simple if the bottle says 5000 mix in 5ML of bac water weather its a powder or a chunk. In the vids I’ve see alot of people mix in one bottle then transport to another but Im not sure why… Got a quick ? for you bros on HCG I’ve always used it but Im about out. curently I lost my insurance so getting from doc will suck… I know in the past tons of women buy it online for the diet thing but thats been cracked down on… Is there a fast cheap place out there still? I can live without it but I like it…
