Progressive Overload w/ Pendley's Beginner Program?

Hey all I recently looked into Glenn Pendley’s beginner program and I’m wondering how I can apply progressive overload to it in order to continue you making gains.

I believe I’m still a beginner can squat ~200 lbs and press ~100 lbs so I’m just simply starting with 185 for the squat and 75 for the push press on Pendley’s program and adding 5 lbs each time I complete 3x5. but how do I go about doing this for the snatch and clean? Every time I complete the 10 worksets and am happy with the technique on 8 of 10 (as pendlay says) I add 5lbs or any other ideas??

That’s basically it. You can also use the standard of 10 perfect reps before increasing weight, but that’s more personal preference.
