Has or does anyone here use a progressive distance method of ultimately increasing your max lift(s)? I do it by starting out w/ my goal weight and do (15) 3in reps, then progressively increase the distance while decreasing the reps till I’m doing full range reps w/ the original goal weight. I limit my support equip. to a belt and knee wraps.
