Now it’s obvious that to get bigger you need to lift more and more weight, aiming to add as much iron to the bar as often as possible. But I’ve also read that constantly upping the weight on the bar can result to CNS fatigue… so my question is, is it wise to up weights on say, all 5 of your lifts each workout, or are you better off taking a slower approach and maybe upping only 1-2 per workout?
I don’t know why people risk holding them back over stuff they ‘heard’.
Yea it could happen. But it probably won’t and if it does you just take a couple of days off…why hold yourself back over something that can be easily fixed?
I only choose to up the weight on those movements that i am now getting enough reps up…if i can get 8 reps or woteva on an exercise i will up the weight next time.
So in a session i may not up the weight on any…or maybe on all of them…bodybuilding isn’t an exact science…try not to mke it one.
