I have been on this program for a little over 3 weeks. I have dropped from 240 to 226 and my strength is going up. Is this good progress? I do not want to reach a plateau.
I’ll cut you some slack and just assume you are new to training.
You have lost 14lbs in three weeks and your strength has gone up, you are asking if this is good? It is phenomenal if you are going for fat loss and it was fat loss! If it is muscle loss then you are doing horribly!
You will plateau. It is going to happen, it is part of the game. Keep working hard and unless you are obese start focusing on muscle gain after the program you are on now. I’m assuming it is a fat loss program.
