Progress 16 to 18

Hey everyone I’d just like to know how you think my progress is going. At 16 I think I was about 60kg now I weigh about 75kg.

And Another

Should be a beat by 21 bro, keep it up and keep us updated every 6 - 9 months or so

why only back? Also the progress honestly is not that great for 2 years in your teens. But you still looking pretty good overall.

Thanks for opinions. I used to do bodybuilding training mostly until about 8 months ago I started doing olympic weightlifting. I didn’t know how to diet which explains why i couldn’t gain weight, but once my coach taught me how to I gained 10 kg in about 2 months but for now he wants me to stay in the 77kg division, so there wont be much more progress size wise until he wants me to move to the 85kg division.

You are pretty lean man. Do you eat much? Don’t be afraid to lose that six pack to make serious gains. Great job otherwise.

Forget that.

Seriously, now is the time of your life to be adding as much muscle as possible, being your natural test levels are peaking and you are still growing. I wouldn’t let your coach hold you back, EAT!

Good progress. Keep it up.

Do what gets you to the immediate goal in lifting. There’s plenty of time to add mass.

Your back and traps do look fuller. Right now your coach probably has a lighter guy who’s strong and does well, so moving you up would only put you at the bottom of the tier in competetion once you break 85kg.
