I think after so much progress it’s time to stop being afraid of the big movements that will really get you what you want. You’ve done some good work so far. Some things I would recommend:
Start doing KB or something high-intensity (that’ll lose you some fat, increase muscle density, and make you more badass)
Snatch grip high pulls (look up Thibaudeau if you don’t know what I’m talking about)
Military press (it looks like you do a lot of isolation work for your shoulders, but it’s time to build your core strength now)
Decent physique for a 14 year old mate, keep up the good work.
I do have some constructive criticism though and that is don’t worry about the scales mate, unless you’re trying to get heavier for sport etc etc. Just go off how you look in the mirror.
I don’t really see any point in gaining a large amount of bloat, fat etc etc. Your body will only use a certain number of calories to add muscle and eating way over that is pointless.
Stuff gaining large amounts of weight at your age mate. Just stay lean, muscular and chase the woman until your legs fall off.
