Resurrecting an old thread as it fits me perfectly due to work commitments and a desire to return to the Clean and 531.
I’ll need to find my old copy of 531 Forever, but I don’t recall an Anchor in the P Clean options. Equally, what does “Clean 5x3 @ 5x5/3/1” mean?
I’ve all 3 of Jim’s books but haven’t read them in a few years now & some of the terminology is a bit faded, but I’d prefer not to make a guess re the above.

It’s 5x3 with 5x5/3/1 percentages, i.e. with appropriate TM.

So instead of doing 5x5 with the top weight you do 5x3
