Program During Vacation?

hello,

i’ll be on an extensive vacation for about 2 months. as it is a vacation, i don’t want to spend too much time in the gym, but i still want to do a complete body workout in the week.

which program can you recommend? or what do you recommend?

1- ABBH + ABBH2. 30-40 minutes 1 day on 1 day off (in my opinion even if you leave the weekends off it’s OK as well).
2 - Training economy by Joe De Franco: 30 minutes, 3 workouts/week.
3 - The big 3 simplified:
Monday: Pullups/Chins - Squats
Wednesday: Bench press - Rows
Friday: Deadlifts - Military presses
30-40 minutes 3 workouts/week.
Sets and reps as suggested by CW in “Big boy basics”: 3X8, 8X3, 5x5 etc.(24-30 reps each exercise, making variations to avoid adaptation)

thanks for the recommendations. i’ve been doing abbh I now, so in about a month (when i leave)i think i could do part II…

but lemme look through all recommendations and make up my mind :slight_smile:

You better finish ABBH, and you should follow it up with ABBH 2, as you’ll be spending little time in the gym and making good gains.

Otherwise, you may want to look into “Training Economy” by Joe DeFranco. That is a great plan to use when you have limited time available to train.

Or, you could even do Westside for Skinny Bastards.
