Interesting. I actually started lifting weights weighing about 150lbs. Doesnāt have to do much? I guess if lifting regularly for years without longer than a week off with much attention to what I eat counts as not doing much, this may actually be the case.

The thread in question involved that poster starting a whole thread with my name in it (sound familiar?) and accusing me of saying things I had never said. Upon challenging him to find even one quote to back up his accusations, he later logged back on and said that I had never made those claims and that he made a mistake.
Several posters went at him because of the way he posted, not because he attacked me. I am amazed that he is now blaming that stupidity on me somehow.
