I take it that your first language is not English. I would look at the Beginner’s II thread at the top of the Beginner’s forum for help regarding your lifting. Good luck

Also work your triceps harder and more, they help you at lockout. Normally this isn’t a problem early in the iron game like you are(which i know people are going to bring up) but not being able to rack on weight on the bar every other week is also not normal that early in the game either.

pardon me the silician i’m french sorry i’m stupid guy

Before anyone can help you, you’ll need to post some stats:

Age
Years training
Height
Weight
Current Bench Weight
Current Bent Row Weight

Also, have you varied between incline, decline and dumbbell benches?

Aside from the stats that were requested above, try using a spotter. I noticed that a lot of younger lifters have a mental block about bench pressing. Probably because noone wants to make a mistake and have a couple hundred pounds come crashing down on your chest or neck. Using a spotter can help alleviate that fear while also motivating you to lift more. I’m not trying to say it’s all in your head; but it’s a good place to start.
good luck

Yeah, what jarvis said.

It is also possible you hit a plateau, which is what happened to me when i started working out, doing the EXACT same thing every day. You have to change it up a bit, do incline, decline, flat, close, dips. Get a good routine.
