first of all i hope i‘m posting this in the right Categorie (its my first post here
).
Like i mentioned in the heading, i have an problem which impairs my traning future.
My problem is my veins. Since i started weightlifting which was 2 years ago i made great progress, but with the progress it started with spider veins at my thighs. First of all i thought it was because of the bulk but even in my diet i gained more of them, after a closer look at my body i recognized little spider veins even at my upper body like my shoulder, bisceps and side abs. I have two brothers who dont lift and they dont got them, so i think its pretty obvious that the training is the reason for my problem. Furthermore i think also my problem is because of my connective tissue. My Mom and Dad have weak connective tissues and so do I. I think because of that my traninig results in spider veins and stretch marks. So now is my question is there any chance to fix that problem so that i can continue exercising? Im already supplementing Collagen and also i dont squat and deadlift anymore but i cant change all of my upper body exercieses. Im very unhappy with my skin right now and i think if theres no solution i wont continue exercising ![]()
