Hey guys. I love peanut butter and jelly. Is this okay as a snack? What can I do to make it as healthy as possible? I know I’m not giving much info but if I am eating clean accept for this meal is it okay?
Using whole wheat bread and natural peanut butter will go a long way to improving the quality of your snack.

You know, as a treat you can also lessen the carbs for an evening snack by using low-carb/ high fiber wheat bread and sugar free jelly (great with a protein shake).
