Does anyone else have an addiction to this stuff? I can’t keep it around without putting it down by the jar. Love to use it as a dip for fresh veggies or as spread on a lettuce wrap. This is my only dietary vice. How will eating a jar or two as my sunday cheat impact my progress and digestion?

That’s really more than a cheat meal; it’s more like over indulgence unless you plan on eating little else that day or you’re just a really muscular and/or active person.
So how can it affect progress? Most likely negatively, unless you’re one of the few who can get away with that sort of indulgence or don’t mind excess weight gain.
Yeah, I agree with Brick and Stu on the pb stuff. I used to buy a jar every week, vow to only eat 1 or 2 tbsp at the allotted time, in a shake - then halfway through the week I’d wake up in the middle of the night, in my underwear, and stand at the fridge while proceeding to bitchslap the rest of the jar! Now, I just don’t buy it - it’s too good! It’s gotta be the best stuff on earth!
