Preventing Muscle Loss from a Rave

Nothing to worry about if only done occasional.

Take loads of casein shakes beforehand. This may cause it to hit a little later from experience tho.
Only drink loads of water, no alcohol.
Take the absolute minimum you need for having a great time.
When they have food at the party just eat it even if you feel like throwing up. They had hamburgers the last time I went.
Eat loads of food when you get home the next morning even if you have to force feed yourself. I usually make a high calorie shake so I can just drink it. Then just eat like crazy after I wake up.
4 days later I am hitting PR’s at the gym.

Just wanted to see what happens to the OP. I wouldn’t do it, nor anything else I suggest. Although I’d personally slam teh drugs like a fat fuck for a month.

First thing I would do is not go to the rave. I would immediately figure out that 11am is not near the next night but rather still in the morning. I would then, after realizing this life changing revalation, check into a rehab center since I’ve obviously done enough drugs that would allow me to make such an elementary mistake such as confusing morning with night. Hopefully, while in rehab, I would conjure up the testicular fortitude to make a choice regarding the direction my life was headed and follow it rather than trying to accomplish two things that seem logically detrimental to each other (such as attend an all night rave while trying to prevent muscle loss). But that’s just me.

Since it seems that you are hell bent on going to spend a night of your youth with a bunch of drugged up ravers while listening to repetitive beats that are only enjoyable while on drugs, why don’t you bring a hibachi grill, a cooler full of beef and veges, and engouh coals for the night. If anything else you can always just argue that the fire/heated coals will add to the blue lights/ambiance of the drug fest and will provide visual joy for all those around. The aroma will induce a drug addled utopia reminding all the participants of their child hoods gathered around the family barbecue while their father grilled up meat to perfection in the calm warmth of pre-global warming weather.

Vit C will hasten the elimination of your drugs. Meaning you have to take more.

I would do it like this:

Consume drugs with fresh grapefruit juice since this will increase their effectiveness markedly. Only use the Vit C when you want/need to come down.

Take some plant-based anti-ox, such as Acai, goji, etc to reduce the oxidative stress on the b body from the drugs. Also take some small amounts (50-150mg) of NAC to aid the body in producing its own anti-ox (glutathione).

Drink decent amounts of water.

Be aware that speed and X will blunt insulin sensitivity so go low carb for a couple of days after rolling.

Glycine will calm the liver - not what you really want when you are trying to eliminate toxins - use it only after you have come down, after the vit C has been in you for a few hours.

AVOID ALCOHOL. The liver will prioritise elimination of ethanol over the drugs, leaving toxic metabolites etc hanging around longer inside you.

lmao the op is a mirror image of myself going to raves and my # 1 concern was the food but just enjoy let the x destroy lol have a good time and when you get back to the gym you take it from there id do 2 or 3 days of partying and come in 15lbs. less no joke in 2 days you get it right back in a few day party!!!

Although Bal en Blanc has passed my advice will help you for next time. Bring a 4 pack of the bio x or weider protein drinks they sell at the pharmacies here. More if you like as sometimes the next day we go to another club or something… They may not let you in with can though, especialy at a rave. But afterhours are more understanding with stuff like this. Forget Red Lite as they`re all a bunch of assholes who work there. Circus I doubt would let you either.

But what saves me is this. You know the bags they give you when you buy a 3.5 gr of herb? You can fit 30 grams of bcaas in there. Bring 3 of them with you or more. Take 1/3 of each bag every 2 hours or so. That means youre good for 18 hours of partying. Get some gatorade before going to the bathroom and chug it down. The best though would be to have the protein drinks and the bcaas. But just the bcaas will make a huge difference.

Im gonna take bushis advice and drink some grapefruit juice before heading out, never tried that. anyway the speed is so weak now (I`m talking 1/3 of the potency of the stuff around 2000)

If you go out on a Saturday, you should be good to go in the gym by Tuesday. What I do often is Monday`s workout on Saturday, this way I barely miss a beat.

So after this rave you go to and this thread wears down… you are going to post about wanting to join the military to straighten your life out? Marines possibly?
