Preventing Muscle Loss from a Rave

What would be the best way you guys can think of in order to prevent muscle loss from going to a rave that from about 9pm to 11am the next night

Please note that the only “food” I will have access to once inside are fruits and I wont feel like eating any

I was thinking of using a high dose of BCAA just before mixed with some casein but thats about all that came to my mind

Any “tips” would be welcomed

Please note that there will be some amphetamine consumption but thats about it, and not in a large dose

Ok seriously though, consider taking some protein bars in your pockets? God knows you hooligans like to chew things at these raves.

Personally I know my body wastes away when I don’t eat for a couple hours let alone over half a day. I hope you do figure something out.

I think theres some info on preventing catabolism from adderall in the street drugs thread in the steroids forum. It is probably applicable to your amphetemine use also.

Wish I could do that, cant bring any food inside, and protein bar texture would be way too dry to be able to eat anyways

Also, I wont be 24 hours without eating but moreso something like 10 hours

I found the thread you are referring to but all I could see was

“Speed is the most catabolic drug”

Sugary drinks during the rave perhaps?

It may be worth taking some cortisol lowering supplements i.e. glycine, vit C, phosphatidylserine.

Also anecdotally, consuming a casein drink beforehand may cause a weak roll.

I wouldnt even worry, dude. It’s a rave, get loose! I understand you want to stay in the building mode but are you really concerned with this short amount of time? It’s easily made up whereas the rave experience is beautiful and so enticing…just get into that zone and forget you lift for the time you’re there. You’ve been working hard, dont let 10 hours without builder food get in your way.

BUT if you need something to make you feel good and less guilty prep with some bcaa’s

Serious lineup.I go to events a good bit,just drink loads of water and eat the fuck out of it once it finishes up.Don’t be too worried man,just enjoy yourself!
