Vit C will hasten the elimination of your drugs. Meaning you have to take more.
I would do it like this:
Consume drugs with fresh grapefruit juice since this will increase their effectiveness markedly. Only use the Vit C when you want/need to come down.

I pack another one in my jacket. It’s slim and thus doesn’t interfere with the fit of my jacket.

Probably you won’t want to take 8 grams of ALA. ALA has neuroprotective properties, you should use it in some amount with rolling.

I wish I knew about this earlier, I went to Ibiza for 2 weeks and lost almost 25 lbs. Granted it was very humid and I didn’t eat much. Stay away from the blow and Special K, if you start fucking with that, you are headed for an ER visit. Pound the water, and if you plan on rolling hard, you might want to consider some 5-HTP to restore serotonin and melatonin levels. I think BBB could help you out with this better.
